It is a saree that’s totally traditional which is made by handwoven where as it warped and the weft are tie-dyed before weaving . It is mailnly produced in sambalpur, sonepuer, Bargarh, Balangir, Boudh district of Odisha. Basically it is produced in district of odisha. This sambalpuri cotton saree » is too traditional. The width of the sarrees is 4-9mtr in length. The Colour of the saree are basically red, black and white, which represent true odia culture alongwith Lord Jagannath face colour . There are several type of sambalpuri sarees like Pasapali saree, Bomkai saree, habaspuri saree & Fabric.
